The Prep Phase
The first week is the inspirational Prep Phase where you continue smoking as normal while preparing for the challenges ahead.
The Quit Phase
If you feel that you’re already motivated, then you may want to jump straight in to the 12-week Quit Phase where you'll receive regular therapy and support to help you give up smoking with NICORETTE® products.
The Follow Up Phase
The final week of the ACTIVESTOP™ program is a week of advice and tips on how you can continue to be a happy and healthy non-smoker.
