When you register, we'll build up a profile of your smoking habits, and use it to tailor the support program to give you the best possible chances of succeeding. You will also be able to tailor it to fit in with your daily routine.

We'll give you access to a new web page every day. You'll have your own online diary to help you change your smoking habit and help you stay on track, and a personalised Progress Monitor, so you can see how far you've come on your journey to being a non-smoker.
